The raw ingredients are some of the best Christopher can lay his hands on. The VPC Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from The Murray Valley region in north-west Victoria, Australia and is a combination of Nevadillo Blanco, Corregiola & Frantoio olives. The result is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with great intensity and length of flavour – a very complex, fruity & smooth olive oil. The Lemon Oil has been infused with organic lemons and is by far the best lemon oil in Australia, having recently won a gold medal in Italy. The purity of the Garlic & Rosemary Oil makes it perfect for dipping with fresh, crusty bread.
Only fresh black Perigord truffles from France are infused into the Truffle Honey which is made from red gum and clover honey from the Yarra Valley. VPC Truffle Infused Honey is a delicacy drizzled over blue cheese, prosciutto and fresh figs.
The Fig & Almond and Pear & Hazelnut Fruit Pyramids are made from over 1kg of reduced fruit and contain no added colours or flavours. VPC Fruit Pyramids are perfect served with blue, brie and cheddar cheeses.
The Amber Walnuts are roasted and hand-rolled in a touch of sugar and soy, creating a delicious caramelised nut. They are a delicious snack or the perfect addition to cheese platters.

The Crackerthins are a premium water cracker and are great with fine cheese and VPC Fruit Pyramids.
Made with premium coveture chocolate, glace fruit & roasted nuts, the Olivia’s Chocolate Panforte is the most recent addition to the range and is great with coffee or as a delicious gourmet indulgence.
The Smoked Trout & Herb Pate contains female smoked trout from the Yarra Valley which are superior is taste, colour and quality. Only free-range chicken livers are used in the Chicken Liver Farm Pate and the Wild Mushroom Pate contains swiss brown, portabello & shiitake mushrooms. All three pates contain no added butter, are low in fat and cholesterol, contain no added colours or flavours and are wheat-free and gluten-free! |
