Chicken Livers (70%), Cream, Onions, Port, Brandy, Garlic, Thyme, Juniper Berries, Salt & Pepper, Shiraz, Peppercorns, Gelatine (in glaze only), Preservative 220 & 224  added
Usage:
  Made from 70%free-range chicken livers from the Yarra Valley
  Cooked with fresh thyme, an onion & garlic comfit, then topped with a shiraz glaze with wine made by Yering station!
  First Pate to be served in a Glass Ramekin!
