Smoked Trout (70%), Cream, Eggs, Lemon Juice, Dill, Parsley, Chives, Salt, White Pepper, Chardonnay, Gelatine (in glaze only), Preservative 220& 224 added
Facts:
  Made from 70% female Yarra Valley smoked trout which are superior in taste, colour & quality. (They are much sweeter than the male trout because they produce many eggs.)
  Pureed with fresh lemon juice, dill & parsley, then topped with a chardonnay glaze with wine made by Yering station!
  First Pate to be served in a Glass Ramekin!
