| Prosciutto, Wild Rocket & Blue Cheese Salad |

VPC truffle Infused honey
Place the blue cheese in a bowl and crush with a fork. Add the cream and VPC Truffle Infused Honey. Season well with salt & pepper and toss it through the rocket. Place 4 slices of prosciutto in a circle on two separate plates and place a ball of rocket in the centre. Drizzle VPC Truffle Infused Honey over the prosciutto. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper and serve.
